01 LLC “HELIOS GROUP “CHERNIIV-1”
DESCRIPTION
LLC “HELIOS GROUP “CHERNIIV-1” completed the construction of the power plant in Ivano-Frankivsk region. The solar park is located in Cherniiv village, Tismenitsky district. The solar power plant of an installed capacity of 4,032 MW was put into operation in October 2018.
14 605 Amerisolar PV-panels with nominal capacity 275 watts together with 127 inverters of the Austrian company Fronius are installed at the solar park.
Solar panels and inverters are installed on five-row mounting structures with horizontal orientation of the PV module. Southward mounting enables to apply 30° tilt angle of PV modules which ensures maximum output.

SOLARTEC is one of the world’s leading company that is involved in the manufacturing of crystalline silicon-based solar cells and modules. The company’s members of staff are also proficient in designing, selecting equipment, installing photovoltaic systems and power plants. Since its foundation in 1993, SOLARTEC has installed over 400 solar power plants worldwide, in Europe in particular.
The Managing Partner is М81 NEWENERGY Company, acted as a link for the implementation of this project. Thanks to the extensive network of contacts in the energy sector, it was possible to easily and on time to ensure the allotment of land plots with the designated purpose of 14.01 (For the placement, construction, operation and maintenance of buildings and structures of facilities of power generating enterprises, institutions and organizations). Company also ensured the receipt of technical specifications for external connection and their implementation in full within the time period agreed with the customer.
A group of private investors, guided by the schedule developed by M81 NEWENERGY, jointly financed the construction of stations from their own capital.
Preparation and receipt of refinancing of the project in JSB “UKRGASBANK” was carried out using the experience of the managing partner М81 NEWENERGY.
